An effective colon flush recipe consists of three basic elements:

  1. Remove all unhealthy foods. Eat as much organic, dairy products and meat as possible. Also add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Replace sodas with water. The fiber in the vegetables and fruits together with the water will make your stool much softer.
  2. Incorporate probiotics in your diet. Probiotic bacteria (in yoghurt or keifer for example) can replace bad bacteria in your colon.
  3. Include laxatives in your diet to aid the passage of feces. You can do this with herbal supplements.
